About Us:
« Krokus » is a comfortable apartment of 57m² entirely equipped. It is essentially intended for families with two or three children, even if it can be totally adapted for another type of customers. The comfort, the high standard of living, an ideal location, gorgeous panoramas, silence and the crystalline air are the main, but not the only, assets of this place. The prices of the renting run from to per person, or from to for the apartment according to the number of people, the season and the duration of the stay. Welcome!
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building named “Krokus”, one of the three buildings of the new residence “Ogrody Gorskie” (Gardens of the Mountains). The ground is of course enclosed, surrounded with lawns and gardens. The apartment can receive from 2 to 6 people.
The apartment is composed of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a rest complex, a coffee table and a television LCD 32”HD. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, an electric kettle and a set of knifes, etc. for 6 people. The kitchen is separated of the living room by a bar. The bar chairs and an adapting lighting convey an unforgettable atmosphere. In the room, you can find a bunk bed adored by children, and not only (2 people can sleep in the lower bed). Another asset of the apartment is its two balconies equipped with a table and chairs, where you can admire the sunsets and beautiful panoramas of the polish Tatras (Giewont, Kasprowy Wierch, Czerwone Wierchy, Nosal,…) while eating your breakfast.
The apartment is situated in the North-Eastern district of Zakopane, in the street Pardalowka, also called « Droga do Olczy » (road to Olcza), that is to say a little apart from the noisy city centre. This silent part of Zakopane with its 800m summit assures you a crystalline air and a microclimate all the year long. That’s why this location is more advantageous than the others locations in the city. Besides, “Droga do Olczy” permits the tourists to avoid traffic jams of the city center. Belonging to the first category of the cleared snow roads, you can easily reach the apartment even in winter. You will not have problems with parking given that the building is provided with an underground parking lot. The last but not the least, the apartment is situated close to the most important places of the city and numerous tourist attractions.
